Der Nettogewinn sei gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahreszeitraum um sechs Prozent auf 99 Millionen US-Dollar gesunken, teilte das Unternehmen am 21. Oktober 2026 mit. Bei seinen Wachstumsangaben zum Zimmerbestand und zu geplanten Hotelprojekten schlie\u00dft Wyndham die insolvente Revo Hospitality Group ausdr\u00fccklich aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ohne Revo sei der weltweite Zimmerbestand gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr um vier Prozent gewachsen. International habe der Zuwachs unter derselben Einschr\u00e4nkung elf Prozent betragen. Im Mittelpunkt stehe ein neuer Spa-Bereich f\u00fcr Erwachsene. Seit der \u00dcbernahme des F\u00fcnf-Sterne-Hauses im Jahr 2021 habe die Hoteliersfamilie bereits rund zw\u00f6lf Millionen Euro investiert. Damit belaufe sich das gesamte Investitionsvolumen auf 32 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eigent\u00fcmer Georg Imlauer wolle Schloss Pichlarn als \u201eLeading Spa &amp; Golf Resort\u201c weiterentwickeln und seine Position als Ganzjahresdestination st\u00e4rken. Gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden familienfreundlichen Wellnessbereich solle die gesamte Spa-Fl\u00e4che auf rund 8.500 Quadratmeter wachsen.
